The consultation was ok actually. I got 11/15 for debate, but my retarded test results pulled that down. So now im averaging a C+ in medisoc. GAH. it looks so ugly ok! i want at least an A, but if not a B+ is fine. Im going to have to bank on the interview project and the end of year exam.

Stayed back with ling and mok to do editing for the video. Wahaha. ling and i were at canteen one and totally pigging out. it was scary. lol.

Classes were at 8 today, but i didnt wake until 10. Lol.

Yesterday

Darn fun!

Singyi came to the bbq thing and it was darn fun. We went cycling from one end of east coast to the other and then we went back and aaaaaaaateeeee. my grandma's curry chicken is unparalled. it rocks! and her beehoon. and my mom's potatos. xD

Then we went with my mom to some shopping area. hahahaha can you imagine. we managed to find a shopping area in east coast. there were pubs and everything. darn cool. i bought a pair of shorts and one of those white crocheted bikinis ive always liked. hey it was cheap, who cares how i'll look in it. da da dum~

Then we went and ate at Gelare. ICE CREAM. YUM. hahaha so pig right.

We rented skates and skated back to the chalet to dump our stuff and skated back to er, return the skates. i think i did pretty well for someone who hasnt been in skates since pri 6. but falling down was funny, remember the slope at the entrance Singyi? LOL.

Got back, ate AGAIN and went for a long long walk. it was nice. xD

but i must have eaten like, 3 days worth of food man. grr. oh who cares, it was fun.

Today

Went to church. The sermon was inspiring. xD

Youth Alive (a christian band from aussie) came and it was very very fun. It was a concert and everyone was jumping around. I mean, you could just feel this electric atmosphere and it wasn't just because of the lights, the effects or whatever. It was just this one amazing feeling.

Amazing. xD

Hoho school tomorrow. Good bye sleeping late! Good bye lounging in front of the tv! Good bye mindless outings! heh. oh well, deal with the inevitable and accept it so it'll feel less er, painful? ah whatever.

Went off with Mok who was going the same way as me. hahahaha i fell asleep in the train leaving him to do the editing.

Met up with my friend at northpoint and yeah well, did the usual nonsense. and i actually mean it when i say nonsense. ah but it was nice xD

Was an alright day. Lazed around until around 4 when my friend asked me to go watch a movie.

I was supposed to bring my brother to do his IC thing, but hoho, he was too lazy to go. HAHAHAHA.

I ended up watching The Omen, AGAIN. Hey, i was bored!

And i didnt have to pay for the ticket so what the heck. xD

Ate alot of snacks in the theatre so it basically settled my dinner. And then because there was nothing to do, we went home.

I'm reading Memoirs of a Geisha in the mean while until i buy the new Anthony Bourdain book. I seem to need to buy alot of things all of a sudden.

Reading it, i think being a geisha in those times must have been fascinating, albiet hardwork. I mean, its so cool can. I wouldnt mind taking it up as a job man. Only thing is, people seem to have this common misconception that geishas are prostitutes. haha imagine.

Hung around after school with my friends and then i went back to nvss to FINALLY take my o level cert. Urg the green on the cert makes me want to boycott everything green for the rest of my life.

I also got that prize for lit i was supposed to take way back in april. as expected, popular vouchers. -_-" ok la, it may need it one day and then again, its not like i was expecting takashimaya vouchers or something.

Then i went off to causeway to meet singyi with my friend and we watched scary movie 4. it was damn retarded.

Yesterday

The dinner yesterday was amazing. It was Brazilian cuisine apparently, and according to the owner, 'everything is genuine'. Who cares, the food was incredible. It was like, if you opt for the meat buffet, then the chefs come to you wielding these huge knives and slice off chunks of meat. I liked the fried banana best, wahaha.

Then we walked over to liang court. on whim i got my dad to buy a webcam and thumbdrive (ok this was a necessity) for me. the webcam is driving me nuts la. Its not working the way it should be. I tried calling but they told me to bring it down and then they'll try to do something about it for me. Its like, so far can?

Just not now. Im having too much fun reading through my old lit papers and the unseen prose and poems. some of them -the poems and prose- are really amazing. timeless pieces of work.

But there's this quote i remember all the lit girls were talking about after the exam ended.

It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but an entire life to forget them.

I just think its amazing how you're fated to meet certain people who'll play different roles in your lives. It's like, why her of all people, or why him? Why not someone else? That kind of feeling, you know?

I think fate is really intense. Like how if you're fated to be with a certain person to be your say, best friend for life, no matter what happens along the way, you guys will just end up back together. Even if there are periods of time where you drift apart, or are seperated, when you get back together, its never awkward. Better yet, after 'getting back' together, you learn more about this person and slowly form a bond that's tighter than ever. Then you grow together, learning from and teaching each other and then suddenly, you realize that this person is someone you want in your life forever.

And then when you look back, its so unbelievable that this person was once upon a time just an accquataince that you 'took a minute to find'.

An entire life to forget? How true.

And yes, i know its emo. ha. I noticed i do alot of emo rantings in the afternoon.

Met up with Singyi and we watched Garfield 2 and The Omen. We wanted Silent Hill but crap my brother was underage and the woman behind the counter wanted ICs so crap. Nevermind, NEXT WEEK. Who wants to come with me? xD

Garfield 2 was cute. But yeah, it is really for kids so wait for the DVD or download it or something. The Omen was nice-ish, the plot is pretty original, but parts of it reminded me of Final Destination.

Today was retardedly fun. xD

Went to school way way early to FINALLY submit in Bauhaus and logo. Mok and i were like, doing everything last minute. but it feels sooooo good that its now over.

Then we went to collect the film equipment, picked up Ashley and went over to Singyi's place for filming.

IT WAS DAMN FUNNY OK.

After filming everyone was just in the mood to celebrate because Bauhaus/logo was over and filming was done, so we went to Breeks to eat. And then we went to Macs for ice cream. wahaha damn pig la.xP

Today

Went to school today. i cant wait to sleep later and wake up at like, 2 tomorrow or something. Apparently, i look hostile when im tired. eh?

We had the wireless thing installed today, but only to my brother's com because i had my mac with me. I tried the auto built it wireless finder thingy thats in my lappie when i got home. Didnt work. -_-"

I tried calling customer service-, and the agents' accents were so heavy i couldnt understand nuts. It was so irritating can? That and, the reception sucked so the conversation got really tiresome.

In the end they told me to call starhub, because they 'do not have resources for macs'. so what if the society gets brainwashed to chuck away all windows and buy only mac? Die la like that. Pft.

Starhub was another flop. I left the phone on speaker, and i was on hold for AGES. Gave up in the end. Ah, i'll do it tomorrow.

Its been a long day.

Woke up later than expected so i had to rush rush rush down to bugis. Ah. At least i was wearing my comfy heels. xD

Service was awesome today. I really dont know how to elaborate because its indescribable and i wont be doing it justice. But trust me, it WAS awesome.

Rushed home after service for some family dinner thing. We went to Bliss. Yup.

Now its 2.30 am. I just spent the past 4 hours finishing up my Bauhaus and logo design and im glad to say im finally DONE. haha super last minute can. the deadline's tomorrow. But erm i still have to buy two of those A4 envelops so i can submit the damn thing in tomorrow. Everything looks kinda sloppy. Hope i can get at least a B.

Got to be in school by 8.30 tomorrow to get the stuff for our film project and finish up the last of our projects for submission. maaaaadneeessss. i think i wont bother sleeping , i have to be up at 6 anyway.

Going to Singyi's place to shoot tomorrow. Im one actor short! dieness. i think i'll just not fight fate and act as the guy. Will dig my brother's closet for clothes tomorrow. wahahaha. xP

Its way to early to be up on a saturday. i'm in school now actually, attending some iLife training thing. It's until 11 and then im off to bras basah (or whatever that place is called) to print out my bauhaus project.

Obviously the main purpose of this entry isnt to update every minute of my life. I just need an outlet for ranting. Irritating as it seems to constantly read these vague, crpytic and seemingly meaningless blocks of text that i think i will be throwing out on probably what might seem to be a daily basis, well, you cant say i didnt warn you. xD

If only it was possible to just shut off my brain for a while and sleep everything away, kinda like a computer resetting back to factory settings. Back to when things were so much simpler, back to way before anything would have the chance to take place. Cause now, its like being in the heart of an emotion hurricane. Reality has hit me, and while part of me has accepted -maybe even known all along- the fact, another part just refuses to accept it. Im torn between wanting to free myself from all this, and simply make like the wind and act as though ive fallen off the face of the earth and wanting to cling on to that little spark of hope that has yet to be doused.

I freaking hate feeling this way. I hate this sense of vulnerability. If only complete numbing was an option.

Ah i'll shut up now. I guess what im gonna do is not fight fate. In a sense, i guess im giving up. I mean, no point fighting a battle that already lost, right?

We stayed in school until around 7 and then we went to some hawker centre to eat. the place is kinda dirty, but the food is good. just dont go there wearing expensive shoes. really.

Took a cab home because we missed 2 buses and i was too lazy and tired to wait for the next ones. the buses are really slow at night. plus all the empty cabs were just zooming by, waiting to get flagged. xD

Went to school earlier to meet Mok and Ashley to do our video loc stuff. Went to my friend's classroom because there was AIRCON, wahaha. they ended up playing dota. guys! xP

Was in school from 1 to 7 and then we went to eat at pizza hut. Managed to finish up my logos, just have to tweak here and there and improve the write up.

Pizza hut is so evil. we wanted to order the kids menu because the ice cream looked so cute, but they said it was for under 10's only. HEH. Its like ordering a happy meal at macs, it just the proportion. like, what's the big deal?!

My friends invited me for a church youth service today at the Heart of God church in town. It was an amazing experience, really. Im considering going weekly. My friends invited me to a mass service -im not too sure what its called- this Sunday. Im so going xD

After service we went to Meridian for dinner. HAHA SO GREEDY. 5 of us ended up ordering a TON of korean food and having our own little mini buffet. wahaha.

then we went to SWENSONS for ice cream. THE APPLE CRUMBLE DAMN NICE LUH. It just tastes so good all the time, no matter which outlet i go to. Stayed there for a while and everyone was playing truth or dare. LOL.

then we went and took neos. so many of us crammed into one tiny booth. yay fun. lol. i'll upload them and other pics when i feel like using the scanner.

I wore my mom shoes which are abit too small and freak i managed to get blisters and burst them on the same day. It looks really gross now. really really really gross. But the shoes were so nice, i couldnt help it. hahaha.

Monday

SCHOOL.

Met up with my friend and we went to school. I had an hour to kill so i just sat outside the lecture theatre and did my work.

Lecture lecture lecture lecture. I managed to sleep for 5 minutes during the marketing lecture break. TSK.

Stayed back after classes in the library until 9 to chiong our debate speech. Went home, ate dinner, watch tv, went online, did more debate and finally went to sleep around 2.

In school now, falling asleep. Update later..

Thursday

Went to school early to meet up with my debate group and get some work done.

Muahahah. MAJOR PIG OUT SESSION. CHOMP!

Then a few of us went to macs at KAP. I LOVE THE TWISTER FRIES THINGIES OK!

Went back to school for 3 hours worth of GRAPHCOMM classes and then Nigel and I went to Ling's workplace in town.

CHOC A BLOC

Very very nice place for chilling. The whole area has this super relaxed ambience and super nice food. Nigel and i had MARSHMELLOW BROWNIES and CHOCOLATE CAKE.

It.was.like.tasting.heaven. Lol. The mango ice blend there rocks too.

And then. We had SATAY. LOL. The combination so off luh.

Friday

Met my BEST FRIEND (xP) before school and got our stuff done. I want to change my plan to M1's student plan. But im too lazy to get that done because i dread having to send the "hi! mona here, ive changed my no."

so irritating.

anyway.

Video location today. WE GOT ASSIGNED ANOTHER FILMING PROJECT. I dont know whether to take that as a good thing or bad. On one hand it will be fun and not work-like, but on the other hand, its freaking tiring. Plus there'll be the editing later on.

Ah worry about that later.

Went to choc a bloc again after school to discuss our film project with Mok and Ling. She had to work, but we had the brownies again. Muahaha. If i go there everyday, i'll get so fat man.

Then met Singyi because we finished earlier than expected and we went to tcc to pig out and eat our stress away. I love complaining and whining to her la, so fun. xP

They didnt have our favourite chilli beef soup today though. -frowns.

Oh well.

I LOVE THE GREAT SINGAPORE SALE LA. We poked around a few stores after dinner. So going to spend on Sunday xD

So now its 8-ish on saturday. I didnt get up till 2.30 so half of the day was pretty much gone. On the bright side, my favourite beehoon and veggies was lying around waiting to be eaten. HAHA.

I started the day off well didnt i. xP

I went for a run a little while ago. It feels good working out.

So now im here. in front of the computer and doing everything BUT work. I have 2 projects to get done by next mon and 1 debate speech to finish by THIS coming mon and im going out tomorrow. damn.

Monday

Today was madness, MADNESS.

Erm. Lectures the whole day. I didnt absorb a single thing because i was basically drifting in and out of sleep. I didnt go for track either, too tired.

ohoh and i found out that SIM has this cool cafe place that operates like marche. Get a card, get it stamped and pay later. xD

Tuesday

Tutorials the whole day, but they were fun.

Oh and i got a 73% on my marketing quiz. Yay!

Ah lar 73% is just a B actually, but i was expecting to get a C so im satisfied.

Met my friend after school at the library to get some webgraph stuff done.

Hur. And another bout of madness hit. xP xP xP

what i learnt today: there is no bus from toa payoh interchange that goes to yishun. so retarded please.

Wednesday

Was in school early and chilled with my friend before S&W which was at like, 8 in the morning.

Lunched after CATS and then a whole bunch of us went to the library to 'get work done'. the only work we succeeded in getting done was making complete nuisances of ourselves and eating too much junkfood. LOL.

Went home around 6-ish.

Got back to yishun and i took the long way home because i felt like a walk to clear my head and sort out a bunch of thoughts.

In graphcomm class now. I went to school early to meet up with my debate mates to get work done. We booked a room in the library and stayed there until 1. Then we went to macs at king alberts park to eat. i love the twister fries things. LOVE.
